UNDECKED's PlanningX System has been designed in conjunction with military personnel, international aid experts and professional facilitators to replicate the stress of high-pressure environments.
The PlanningX System allows teams to develop their responses to uncertain circumstances and improve teamwork, decision-making and problem-solving. Within these scenarios we can create your worst day at work in a safe environment, developing resilience through immersion.
This adaptable canvas gives facilitators the opportunity to deliver tangible change for their teams, these scenarios are not considered they are lived - giving teams the bed-rock of high performance.
How it works
There are two applications - one for facilitators and one for participants.
Participant Application
Participants have access to the Operations Room, a central hub where they can access all available information to inform their plans and subsequent actions.
Breaking news articles provide real-time updates, offering participants the latest information that might impact their strategies.
The weather forecast feature helps the team anticipate and plan for future conditions, ensuring that their actions are well-timed and effective.
The email inbox serves as an additional information feed, supporting the team with relevant updates. It also enables two-way communication between the operation facilitators and participants, fostering continuous information exchange.
Facilitator Application
Facilitators have access to a custom dashboard that allows them to control the visibility of information for participants. From this dashboard, they can change the scenario; from releasing news articles into circulation which require a response to updating the weather forecast and giving teams a new variable to consider.
Similar to the participant application, the facilitator dashboard includes an email inbox that enables two-way communication between facilitators and participants. Facilitators can also schedule and release pre-prepared emails to provide the participant team with new information at designated times.
